Change of Mind within 7 days
If you receive stickers that you decide you no longer want, you are welcome to return the stickers for a refund of the purchase price. Stickers must be unused.
Refunds are made via the payment method you used. Postage is not refunded for change of mind. Stickers are not refunded until they are received by KHDStickers.
Contact KHDStickers prior to returning your stickers.
Change of Mind Policy does not apply to custom orders, for example Design Your Owns.
Returns and refunds when you've purchased Buy 5, get 1 more free / Buy 10, get 2 more free, etc.
When any items are returned, the free item is the item being returned first. For example, you purchase 6 items at $5 each, including 1 free. The total before postage is $25. You decide to return two items. Your refund will be $5. If you return your whole order the refund will be $25 (postage isn't refunded for change of mind.)
Returns and refunds from Points Purchases
When any items are returned, the value of the points is returned first. Points rewarded will be removed from your points account for any received by the items returned. Postage isn't refunded for change of mind.
Faulty Products Return
We check any stickers before they are sent, but sometimes a mistake may slip through. If this happens please contact as soon as possible where we can arrange replacement stickers. A photo may need to be sent of the mistake.
How to Return Products
Stickers are returned to our workshop. Please make sure you contact KHDStickers before returning any stickers.
